the corner from where the video was shot in hopes to fine someone who can put us in touch with patrick moran. no one knew how to reach him and a spokesperson didn't return phone or e-mail messages. from there, we went to his shirlington apartment and where none answered the door. the next stop is the campaign headquarters on north washington street in alexandrea, where the only thing we found was a locked door. the congressman's pyrotechnic was not returning calls -- press secretary was not returning calls or e-mail. we were told the congressman was not in and that no one could talk to us. this afternoon, the arlington gop chairman, his name is charles hawkinson, called for jim moran to resign. i'm going to bring in a democratic activist. i'm sorry, strategist and a slip of the tongue there. this doesn't look good, does it? >> and today they trying to get the facts to figure out what is happening. sure, they want to be careful with what they say. >> how damaging is this? >> and this is hard to say. he resigned which, i think is appropriate and arlington is a democratic area. i think he will

it in very close to the delaware bay, slightly north of us and it's still coming in as a category 1. it will very, very quickly transition into an extra tropical system and that's not a good thing by the way because what it's going to do is the wind field will broaden and we are going to have multiple states, brian with winds strong enough to create power outages and then you see wednesday at 2:00 it's still to our north, it's producing flooding rains and it's producing winds sustained at 40 to 50 with gusts to 60, 70 or 80 and i'm not even talking about the coast at this point. this is mostly inland. at the coast we are very, very concerned that we are going to have a historic storm surge very close to where it makes landfall or a little bit to the north. so in a nutshell breezy showers on saturday but still a good day to make preparations, get what you need in your house, prepare for potential of multiple days of power outages. we hope this scenario doesn't play out but we are preparing you for the worst and hoping for the best. we go down hill on sunday, worst effects monday nigh

his home earlier today, found a small leak. he used wood and blue tarp to make a temporary fix. neighbors say despite some of the damage they know sandy could have been a whole lot worse. >>> clean-up is going on now in ocean city, maryland, where it is a whole lot worse. it will be a long time before that area recovers. fox 5's sherri ly is live now with more. >> reporter: we're here in annapolis on our way back from ocean city and as you mentioned, hurricane sandy could have been far worse, but that does not mean that the beaches in the bay areas escaped unscathed. here at the city docks in annapolis you can see they have some minor flooding down here. the waters are receding and in ocean city sandy left her mark and today we got a look at the full extent of the damage, the worst of it by far on the bay side. hurricane sandy ripped docks to shreds. the wood and debris washed into the streets and slammed into houses. this 7-foot surge from the bay was the worst case scenario. on the ocean side most of the town's fishing pier is gone wiped out by the pounding of the waves. the
